Stephania Vazquez-Rodriguez, Ph.D.

Analytical Scientist
Doctor in Immunology from the National Polytechnic Institute with a career dedicated to studying the immune system and its applications in immunotherapy and flow cytometry. Currently, she works at the Flow Cytometry Laboratory at Immunocine Cancer Center in Cancun, where she specializes in cellular validations for immunotherapy in cancer patients, including dendritic cell maturation and immune system activation analysis in T lymphocytes.
With over ten years of experience in flow cytometry, she has focused on the diagnosis of hematological and immunological disorders and the evaluation of immune responses. Her research contributions, published in scientific journals, have advanced the understanding of the immune system.
For five years, Stephania has taught Immunology and Immunonutrition at Anahuac Univesrity Cancun.
She has been an active member of the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC) since 2017 and the Mexican Society of Immunology (SMI) since 2014. Her primary goal is to continue advancing dendritic cell therapies for cancer treatment at Immunocine.
